This contest is sponsored and administered by Rapid by Konifer, located at 1324 36 Avenue NE, Calgary, AB T2E 8S1, Canada (“Sponsor”).
The contest begins at 9:00 a.m. Mountain Time on June 20, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Mountain Time on July 20, 2026 (the “Contest Period”). Entries received outside the Contest Period will not be eligible.

The following are not eligible to enter or win: employees, contractors, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings) of Sponsor, and anyone involved in administering or judging this contest.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Making a purchase will not increase an entrant’s chances of winning.
To enter, a participant must, during the Contest Period:
Limit one entry per household/property address. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify duplicate, incomplete, or fraudulent entries, or any entry believed to contain false information.
One winner will receive window replacement and/or repair services for their residential property, including:
Maximum approximate retail value of the prize: $5,000 CAD. The actual scope (number, size, and type of windows included) depends on the property and is determined by Sponsor as described in Section 7; the prize may not cover every window in the home if the full project would exceed the maximum value.
Sponsor will determine, in its sole discretion: the eligibility of the property, the feasibility of installation, and the number and type of windows included in the awarded scope of work.
The prize does not include: structural repairs; mould remediation; hazardous material removal; permit fees (where applicable); electrical, plumbing, drywall, painting, siding, stucco, framing, landscaping, or other unrelated construction work; interior or exterior trim/casing repair beyond what is standard for installation; or any upgrade requested by the winner beyond the awarded package.
Before confirming a winner, Sponsor may conduct a site inspection and/or contact the entrant to verify the information in their entry, including the property’s condition and the circumstances described in their submission. If the property is unsafe, inaccessible, non-compliant with applicable codes, or otherwise unsuitable for installation, or if the entry’s information cannot be verified, Sponsor may disqualify that entry and select an alternate winner.
This is a contest of skill. Winners are not selected by random draw. All eligible entries received during the Contest Period will be reviewed and evaluated by Sponsor’s judging panel in accordance with the criteria in Section 10 (Winner Determination). The eligible entrant whose submission the judging panel determines best meets those criteria will be selected as the winner.
The winner will be notified by phone and email within 3 business days of the Contest Period ending. If Sponsor cannot reach the selected entrant within 7 days of the first notification attempt, that entrant will be disqualified and Sponsor may select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.
Because this is a contest of skill rather than a game of chance, no skill-testing question is required to award the prize. Eligible entries will instead be reviewed by a panel of Sponsor representatives and assessed based on factors which may include: the description and any documentation provided about the current age, condition, or performance of the entrant’s existing windows; the circumstances described in the entrant’s submission; any photos or supporting materials submitted with the entry; and any other information in the entry the judging panel considers relevant. Sponsor may contact an entrant for clarification or additional information, or conduct a site visit, as part of this evaluation. Sponsor’s determination of the winning entry is final.
By accepting the prize, the winner grants Sponsor permission to photograph and record video of the project, and to use the winner’s first name, city, project images, and any testimonial provided, in Sponsor’s advertising and promotional materials, in any media, without further compensation or approval, except where prohibited by law.
By entering, participants consent to Sponsor’s collection, use, and disclosure of the personal information provided in their entry (name, contact information, address, photos, and any description submitted) for the following purposes:
Personal information is collected, used, and disclosed in accordance with Alberta’s Personal Information Protection Act and Sponsor’s full Privacy Policy, available at konifer PP link. Participants may withdraw marketing consent at any time.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or corrupted entries; technical, hardware, or software failures; or delays caused by weather, supply chain disruption, labour shortages, permitting, or other events beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control. Sponsor’s total liability in connection with this contest is limited to the approximate retail value of the prize stated in Section 6.
The prize has no cash value, is non-transferable, may not be exchanged or redeemed for cash, and must be accepted as awarded. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if circumstances require. The winner is solely responsible for any taxes or other costs associated with acceptance of the prize not expressly included in the prize description.
Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this contest, in whole or in part, if circumstances beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control prevent its proper administration as contemplated in these Official Rules.
This contest is void where prohibited by law. These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by all decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding on all matters relating to this contest.
